bust - Start by placing a measuring tape around your bust. The tape should be snug but not too tight.
waist - Place the tape measure flat around your waist. For measurement purposes, your natural waist lies between your bottom rib and hip bones. Breath deeply, relax your muscles and allow for a 1/4 inch slack.
hip - To accurately find your hip measurement, find the widest point of your hips and place the measuring tape around. It is common that the hip bone isn't the widest point - often times it's one to two inches lower, where your butt is at its fullest.
