Shipping:

We are pleased to offer free shipping to Canada and the US for all orders over. We also ship internationally, however, we recommend you pay for a tracking number. Tell us your story, and we will see what we can do to find the best rate. Please email info@akelasurf.com for more information.

Delivery to Canada & USA:

All orders receive FREE SHIPPING (excluding international orders with tracking number). For all other orders, standard shipping rates will apply. It may take 1-2 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped via Post with expected delivery within 7-10 days.

Return Policy:

 Akela Surf we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

The product must be returned in original condition. Not been worn, washed or otherwise used products will not be accepted. All products must also have the original tags and/or sanitary liner intact and the Akela Surf Packaging. 

We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our Customer Service team at info@akelasurf.com 

Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.

Regular-Priced Merchandise

  • Within 14 days of the receiving date: you can exchange your item or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card applicable in a year.

Sale Merchandise

  • Sorry, no refunds to the original form of payment for the sale or discounted items.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. Orders are generally shipped the next business day. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at info@akelasurf.com before 5 pm the day of your order, so the address can be corrected for you. However, we will NOT be able to correct address errors for orders placed between 12 am and 7 am EST, as it will already be in processing or shipped. If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to us, we can then ship it to the correct address.

Sales Taxes:

Please note that sales tax will be added to the final price. These collected taxes are mandated by your state and provincial governments. Akela Surf in no way benefits from this.
